In this application, you can train according to special programs, eat according to properly formulated diets and track your progress. The workouts will be made up of your own weight, or from the maximum indicators in the basic exercises (depending on the chosen workout), also the workouts can be both complicated and simplified, so each user will be able to work out comfortably. There are workouts both for the gym and for the home. Each exercise has a detailed description of the technique and a video instruction. These workouts are suitable for users of any training level and any gender.The nutrition in the application is divided into 3 types: a standard diet for weight maintenance, a diet for weight loss and a diet for weight gain. Each meal has a choice of a large number of dishes, and each dish has a detailed written recipe.You can also track the progress of your changes by uploading photos to your profile.
